Eligible Returns - Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following products:
We will exchange or refund all other products not listed above if items have not been opened, damaged or used. All returned items must be in the original condition and packaging and must be returned within 30 days following the date of delivery. A refund or exchange will be issued after your product has been received and verified for refund eligibility.
Steps to refund/exchange a product: 1. Email us at [email protected] to initiate the refund/exchange process. Please include the product in question, the reason for return or exchange, and the replacement item if wanting an exchange. Provide pictures to support your claim and for clarity if possible. 2. Return your item via mail or in store. Once the product has been received by Element Salon, it will be subject to verification for return/exchange eligibility.
