The product quality speaks for itself. It does what it says and has an amazing smell. I have used KM products for years and the only thing that keeps me from using them 100% of the time is cost. As for the salon itself, I will shop nowhere else if at all possible. At Element Salon the service is outstanding and the cost of the products are a bit lower than other places I have seen. A++
